Start with Exercise

We should always start with exercise, right?  Well, for me, it's more than a should, it's a need.  This one comes from my board Exercise Tools & Motivation and that's exactly what I have been lacking lately - both the exercise and the motivation!  So, I figure I should begin here, even if it's just a baby step.  That's exactly what it was - a baby step.  I tried these moves out - just one set of reps for each move - even though it said to do three sets. Slim Your Waist offers 4 quick and simple exercises that really do work your core - and without your typical crunches!  I hate crunches because my neck gets sore.  The V Crunch at the bottom didn't seem like a crunch for my neck because it didn't have to move.  All these simple moves seem to activate the core and are very quick.  The byline 'Fit in 6 Minutes' is fairly accurate - at least in the time it will take to complete these exercises.  I'm pretty sure getting fit will take a bit more time. :-)  If you are looking for a couple fun and easy stomach exercises, these are for you!
